The service

Envello lets you design an online invitation and share its link yourself. We do not send invitations to your guests.

Free drafts

A draft opens on 10 phones, accepts 10 replies and shows a "Draft" label. Publishing removes these limits.

Your content

You are responsible for the text, photos and songs you upload and must have the right to use them.

If a rights holder asks us to remove a song or photo, we remove it and tell you. Abusive or unlawful content is not allowed.

Payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page and calculated on our server. You pay by InstaPay, Vodafone Cash or PayPal, and we confirm each transfer by hand before publishing.

Couple names lock once payment is approved, so one payment covers one couple. Contact us to fix a spelling mistake.

Refunds

If you change your mind before your invitation is published, contact us for a full refund. After publishing, we review refund requests case by case.

How long it stays online

Your invitation stays online until 90 days after the last event unless you buy "Keep it online forever". Your replies stay in your account.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service running without interruption, but our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
